I'm Just A Scavenger At Heart

I participated in the January Photo Scavenger Hunt (thank you Lisa for cluing me in!). I charged my battery and off I went in search of the shot or should I say shots. No rock was left unturned or plate of food left uninspected for photographic quality.

Here is my interpretation (albeit sometimes warped).

an abandoned building
(in my neighbors back yard - bye bye property value)

a stained glass window
(a reminder indeed)

a goldfish
(nothing says snack time like goldfish in a martini glass)

 yarn
(here kitty kitty kitty)

playground equipment
(can we say lead poisoning)

a library
(just a slice of my bit of heaven)

a tombstone over 100 years old
(almost 112 years to be exact)

my front door
(there's no place like home)

a reflective surface ... not a mirror
(I pledge allegiance)

 something out of place
(one of these things is not not the others)

 nature
(life after death)

bubbles
(POP)

This was so much fun! I was surprised at how many pictures I was able to take in my own home, without any fancy schmancy set up. To see what the other scavengers came up with visit the flickr group.

Oh, this looks like a ton of fun! I hope she posts for February tomorrow... I'd like to play along.

My favorite shots were the fishy martini and the bubbles!
