Seriously.
I can rip out a crochet project that took hours in 18.262 seconds.
Just look at what I've accomplished this week:
Baby sweater that was supposed to be size 0-3 months.
It looked like it could fit John.
I'm on my third go of it. I deliberately keep miscounting ... trying to improve my demolition time you see.
Now if I could only clear my cutting table as fast as I can rip a seam ...
maybe then NASCAR will hire me.

Amazing how quickly yarn is ripped out after such a long time crocheting! I'm working on Purl Bee's crochet bag and I've ripped out several rounds several times! you.are.not.alone.
You are amazing! I wish I knew how to crochet. My nana taught me when I was younger. I wish I would have paid more attention!
My friend Karen can crank out a baby blanket in the time I can knit 1/2 a scarf.
I'm pretty sure NASCAR's going to bring you on board. You can crochet and rip out stitches at 175 mph. How fun would that be?!
I love your blog! I am so thrilled to be your partner for the cozy swap. I sent you an email. Can't wait to hear from you.
The same things happens to me sometimes with the crocheting and counting.
Ruth
is that the same bag you tried to do a while back?
LOL! I just spent a chunk of last week unraveling sweaters I'd lovingly knitted (but with no concept of gauge). Sigh.
