The Illusionist

I know it's been quite on the crafty front here lately but I really have been up to something. Really! Tell me ... what does your eye see?

Something cozy?

Previously we had a little math lesson with a few crocheted blocks of yarn.

Now I'd like to share with you a new skill I've mastered.

The slight of hand.

What was once a blanket in the making ...

is now a scarf.

I told you had been up to something ;-) More tricks ... or treats ... with yarn to come.

Move over David Copperfield. I'm comin' to Vegas.

What a cute scarf. It's been too long since I could visit. I am trying to catch up and see all the wonders you've been creating.

with the winter that is forecast you will probably need a cosy scarf -- you are off to Vegas?

It does look warm and cozy. I love the idea of scarfs. But it is too warm here...well...and I have hot flashes. Never mind.

And I am so coming to see you when your gig is in Vegas. Can you get me some tickets to Penn and Teller?

I am going to try to learn crochet soon... not sure when - I have no books nor teacher handy, so WELL DONE to you!!

Your scarf is lovely.

Scarves are just as good -- and immediate gratification works for me. It turned out great. Put it to good use this winter.

Oh! A shape-shifter project. Love it! Now, can you pull a rabbit out of a hat?

I love your magical scarf - I have a blanket that I've been knitting that I'd like to do some magic on, as in "Be Done Now" or "Become a Giant Pillow Sham" or "Knit Yourself, Already!"
