The List

I was feeling good. I made it to the gym, took care of some committee work, and ran an errand. I knew it was too good to be true. I head to the drug store to get a prescription filled for DH's back. As I am paying, I make an impulse purchase. Twix. I'm hungry. I ran for 30 minutes. Chocolate is good for you (that's my story and I'm sticking to it). The cashier asks if I want everything in a bag. Are you ready ... and I say "No, that isn't even going to make it home. I'm ripping it open in the car." Of course I meant the Twix but judging by the look on his face he thought I meant the high powered pain meds. I'm sure as soon as I was out the door he called the pharmacist and added me to the list of sketchy customers. I did donate $ to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation ... maybe I'll be listed as a philanthropic addict. ~sigh~
