Getting Started - Christmas In July

So where to begin? I've made my list (when I have more time I'll share it with you) and I'm checking it twice ... Seriously - I do have a list and I am making duplicate items so I plan to take the 'assembly line' approach. I am going to do all my cutting (which I don't particularly care for) at once. This way when I sit down to sew, I can keep on rolling while the project is still fresh in my mind. What's your strategy?

we finished the apricot butter, and i'm in the process of knitting some washcloths. the list is made for christmas and i am way excited.
