You get out the Fruit of the Loom and some puffy fabric paint and go to town!
I know - perfectly logical.
Actually what truely inspired me is this book and Paula's Story Time Stitches. I wanted to participate but my brain is just tapped out. I was still stumped about Story Time Stitches and was becoming a bit desperate while reading all of the creative ways others have participated until reading to John ... ahem ... while he was on the Johnny. And then it hit me.
POW!
John needed his own set of superhero underpants.
Keep your fingers (and knees) crossed that the only Kerzap! Oof! and Splat! takes place while in the WC.

What a FABULOUS idea!!! We have one of those, not interested in potty training types, as well! I might just have to break out the puffy paint!!! ;)
That is too funny. I never considered the creative use for underpants... :)
brilliant brilliant brilliant! Have fun with the pants and I am sure the potty training will be easy peasy for such a superhero in those underpants. He might just want to wear them over his clothes though - like other superheroes!
Good luck with potty training. Super cute idea.

I'm snorting with laughter! This is to funny! Captain Underpants was our very favorite superhero when my kids were little and we have every book. I LOVE this, Adrienne. It's just perfect!
We're off to cut wood this morning, but I will get it posted to Story Time Stitches when we get back this evening. Yeah!!
Good luck with the potty training. When my son was 3 he wasn't even close to being interested. I did bribe him with super hero underwear too and I think it worked. I guess you can't rush the processs, such as it is.

We've read "Captain Underpants." Is this a whole new series?
Love those skivvies....To be worn with pride.
good luck with the potty training - Gabe is 2 1/2 and he has to be trained by September for nursery school -- no interest at all so far
Fun idea--I will keep it in mind for my little boy!
So super awesome! What a super-dee-duper mom you are, and good luck with the potty training!
