Needless to say new storm windows (theirs are broken - the joys of an old house) or replacement windows are on our 'list' for the spring.

Come on spring ... Jack frost is nipping at our nose, and fingers, and toes, and ...

Our windows look the same way -- and we have a somewhat new house. But man, it was 15 below here. That's cold. Cute kiddo you have there. My recommendation is to crochet something and sit under your WIP.

All's I gotta say is that I can certainly relate to those windows - we need some new ones, too! Enjoy all that snow!

DANG!! We replaced the windows in our old home this year and we have really noticed a difference this winter. Now if we could just find a way to warm up those cold hardwood floors we so adore.

VERY adorable....but very cold. For the first 14 years of our marriage we lived in a house where the walls of the bathroom would have a glaze of ice on them!! I like to compare that log house to the one in little house on the prarie. :)

BRR, it does look chilly in your house, but those are pretty decorations on your windows.
I posted my turn the page Tuesday. A little early, but I will be at work Tuesday.

Oh boy do I remember windows like that when we lived in Wyoming. We actually had a window in the shower (It was two stories up and small, so no peeking Tom's) that would get ice like that on it. NOT the place for icy windows. Brrrr!
