Baggage Claim

I saw some funny luggage tags a while back in a catalog and thought they were clever ... and then I thought I could make those.

Time went by and it never happened and then I stumbled upon this luggage tag tutorial on Skip to my Lou and was reminded of my "I can do attitude." I needed a quick crafting fix.

I created a word document with what I wanted on my tags and printed it on Crafter's Images Photo Fabric. Unfortunately when I rinsed the ink it ran a bit. My water was too warm. Drats. I decided to go with it anyway because it's the thought that counts right?

We have two travelers in our family (that would not be DH and I sadly) so I have one more set to make before Christmas.

Hopefully these tags will never make it past the baggage claim in the wrong hands!

I think I've figured out the PDF issue. Once I'm assured I've got it working I'll share what I've discovered

Always something clever to be found on your blog -- I can count on that. And with two kiddies in tow, it is probably too hard to travel. We're a family of 5 here and that's more than a challenge for me. Keep creating Adrienne!

Cute! Your travelers going to love those. I made some luggage tags for myself a couple of years ago and loved them. I keep thinking I'm going to make more but never seem to get around to it. One of those someday projects again...
