Well not really, but it sure looks like it in our back yard!
I've managed to eek out another little something but this time it was for me. What should have only taken a few hours took a few days (one row here, one row there). What kept me going was the yummy yarn and the thought of toasty warm fingers ...
The pattern was free and if you are on Ravelry you can find them here.
No, Henny Penny, the sky is not falling ...
It's still in tact but my pride might not be after this ...
I am indeed smitten with my new mittens!

You are so funny! What a great shot! I love those mittens...my ravelry notebook is getting full. Now, if I could just clear my calendar I could get to work :o)
What lovely photograhs! Love the mittens... "yummy" is a good word to describe them!
What great mittens! Love the color! Now I really wish I could crochet.
Nice job Adrienne! And fun pictures too!

So FUN! I love those HAPPY yellow mittens!!! You did a great job!
The mittens are beautiful -- they remind me of ones my grandmother used to make me and my siblings. And your yard....Well, it looks a lot like mine. But, I convinced my husband to grab a rake today. It seems like all of a sudden the leaves just dropped.

Gorgeous mittens - what a terrific color, indeed!
Our yard looked totally like that this morning - I could've sworn it was raining leaves! And you are just so funny - I love your mittens!
Cute cute mittens and I love the jump!
I just finished knitting a really cute hat, but can't post because it's for my daughter for Christmas. Working on a knitted snowman now~
you should be smitten with the mitten... they are warm-a-licious!
They look wonderful. Great job!! Enjoy them. Our yard looks the same. We spent the morning raking but those leaves keep falling and the ground it almost covered already.
