A girlfriend of mine has a (just turned - like on my bday!) 2 year old and had twins the end of June! God bless 'em!
Three elephants and some dinner will be on their way soon to a (I'm sure) very sleep deprived family :0}
The big elllie is stuffed and just needs ears, eyes, and a little stitching to close. Henry came barreling into the kitchen with the elephant and wanted to know if it was for him. It was as if he had discovered a hidden Christmas present. Sweet thing. I had to promise him one if he very carefully put the elephant back where he found it (pins were still in to see if I had stuffed it enough!).
I've decided to declare next week in the kitchen/apron week ... wanna cook/sew along? Share your cooking and sewing adventures on your blog! Let me know what you're up to. I might not be Betty Crocker or Martha Stewart but I can still bake a mean scone and sew a cute apron ;0)

my best bud has a 2 year old and had twins in june. it has been a busy summer. i will be spending this weekend and next week sewing aprons for the apron swap. woo hoo
Are they from the Sew book by Diana Rupp? I have that one, and those elephants are so cute. Can't wait to see how yours turn out!

My kids are off to school (thank goodness) and I have my apron swap to deal with too.
